2008/2009 Jr. High Information

The following are guidelines used for acceptance into the 2008/2009
Jr. High Program:

• The Jr. High application must be turned into the academic office. This will reserve a spot in the class until the application can be processed and all required paperwork is reviewed by the administration.
  
  
• A family interview is required before acceptance. The following paperwork needs to be in the academic office before the interview date can be scheduled. *Registration fee is due at the time of the interview.
  
  1. Copy of child’s most recent report card
  2. The emergency card
  3. Copy of immunization record
  4. A valid state birth certificate (copy is fine)
  5. Completed transcript and record request form
  6. Recommendation Forms
  
  
• Our office will send for your child’s prior school records.
  
  
• After reviewing the records, the administrator may request that your child come in for testing.

It is our goal to have the registration process completed as soon as possible. This often depends on how quickly we receive records from your previous schools. We may seek your help with contacting your child’s school to expedite the process.

If acceptance is denied into the program, $75 of the registration fee will be returned. If student is accepted by the school, the fee is non-refundable whether or not the family later chooses to attend or not.
