2008/2009 Kindergarten Enrollment Information

The following steps need to be completed in order for a space to be saved for the 2008/2009 Kindergarten Program.

• Turn in the Kindergarten application along with the $100 registration fee. If turned in after March 31st, the fee is $120. This will reserve a spot in the class until the application can be processed and all required paperwork is reviewed by the administration. A letter of acceptance will be sent upon completion of the re-enrollment process.
  
  
• An updated copy of the Virginia Health Form must be on file in the academic office before the student will be allowed to attend Kindergarten.
  
  
• All families must attend one of the scheduled K5 orientations before a enrollment is considered complete. You may sign up by calling the academic office (484-4067 extensions 10 or 17)

Students new to SCA will need to set up a personal conference with the administration.

Note: It is our goal that all applications be evaluated and then accepted or denied by the end of April. You will be notified by letter. You must attend one of the above meetings or make arrangements with the administrative office prior to receiving an acceptance letter.

The administration will review the application, preschool discipline records, history of parental cooperation and the payment records.

If denied into the program, $75 of the registration fee will be returned. If student is accepted by the school, the fee is non-refundable whether or not the family later chooses to attend or not.

Summer Camp Program: Summer Camp is contractual for the dates of June 3rd through August 22nd. There will be no care available the days of August 25-27th. First day of school will be Thursday August 28h.
